Delivery & Returns
As a responsible company we recognise that sometimes problems occur so if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please in the first instance contact us at sales@derventiodesign.com to see if we can sort something out quickly and easily. Should a product be faulty, you must let us know in writing within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery so we can offer to refund or exchange it for you at our discretion. Unopened returns within 14 days of your received date will be given a full refund of the product cost minus postage and 15-25% processing fee. All our delivery transit times are based on normal experience so we will not be held responsible for items delayed by adverse weather or other reasons outside of our control. In all cases purchases must be returned in the same condition as at dispatch from us and must be in a re-sellable as new condition. We will not refund items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; all items returned must be with full packaging including bag, box and cardboard inserts; items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke, pets and perfume. Items purchased must be received by us from you complete, unworn, undamaged, with full packaging and inserts and include a cover note with the ebay item number. Any item received that is not like new will be refunded accordingly. Any return postage is paid by the buyer and for your own protection we recommend that for all returns you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing on delivery to our premises. We will not acknowledge any return that has not been agreed. All agreed returns are acknowledged by email or mail when received back and refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - the right to cancel, does not apply to goods that cannot by their nature be returned. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on masks, wigs, underskirts, tights, stockings, shoes and hats. This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to add or amend products that we may deem unhygienic to accept for return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that due to the increasing number of incorrect delivery addresses supplied by buyers, any items returned will be charged again for postage if the original address supplied is wrong in any way.
